What medications are included in your online catalog?

Our online catalog includes either generic or brand drugs.

How can I order drugs from your website?

The ordering procedure is simple:

  • open the front page;
  • choose the category you need;
  • add it to the shopping cart;
  • proceed to the checkout;
  • fill in personal data necessary to submit an order;
  • submit an order.

Do you require a prescription?

There are prescription and over-the-counter drugs. If you plan to buy a prescription item you should send us a private legal prescription released by your physician.

What shipping rates do you have?

Shipping fees depend on the service you use to bring your parcel. There is regular and express delivery. All the rates are specified in the shopping cart.

Do you ship abroad?

Our company offers international delivery. We expand our boundaries and deliver parcels even to the remote Asian countries. Of course, there are countries to which we do not bring parcels. Contact our customer care support.

How do you send orders?

All our orders are sent in non-transparent packages. There are no labels outside the wrapper. It is rather difficult to get to know what there is inside the parcel.

What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?

If something wrong with your parcel, first, contact our customer care department. They will get acquainted with your problem and offer you reshipment free of charge or refund.

What shipping options do you offer?

At the moment, we cooperate with 2 shipping companies: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). The packages sent by Airmail service are not trackable.

What if I still haven’t received my order?

First of all, check the shipping option your parcel is brought. If you choose the Tracking option you may use your ID number to follow your order. If you decide your parcel will be delivered by regular airmail you have to wait for 30 business days maximum for your parcel to come. If your parcel is late for more than 30 days, please contact our customer care department.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept the credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks).
